The story of Rise Careers began as a personal journey.

It started with me — Robin Keisham — a student who once chose the wrong career stream simply because I didn’t know any better. I didn’t have the guidance I needed. I didn’t have a place to ask the right questions. And that decision shaped my life.

In 2023, I founded Shindam-Shang, a small learning space in Imphal that slowly grew into a trusted place where students and parents could seek career clarity.

But the mission was always bigger than a name. It was about changing the career conversation in Manipur.
It was about helping students rise.

Today, we are Rise Careers. We provide career counselling, tuition support, and college admission guidance with a single purpose:  To help students rise from confusion to clarity, from fear to confidence.

At Rise Careers, we believe that career guidance must start early — right from school years.
We believe in bridging the gap between self-awareness, career options, and real-world pathways.
